when the two firms of Paul Solomon & Co and Peter Fazio &
Associates merged in 2001.
Our team includes...
Peter Fazio
- is the managing director of the merged firm. He was admitted to
practice law in 1996 and has a great deal of knowledge and
understanding when it comes to property law, commercial leasing,
family law, civil litigation, wills & estates matters. He is always accessible
to speak with any client and enjoys his "hits" of
caffeine from the local cafes.
Eva De'Athe
- holds a Master of
Laws degree and is a Solicitor practising in litigation matters
under the supervision of Peter. Eva's Irish background carries
with it a wicked sense of humour but with an eye for detail Eva
won't let your matter become a bad joke.
Sue-Yin Chew - was admitted as
a Solicitor in October 2007 but don't let her short time as a Solicitor
fool you. She is very detailed and thorough in her approach to
all conveyancing matters ensuring they are completed efficiently and on
time. Her skills in Tae Kawn Do also ensures she gets her own way most
times!.
Lorraine Coleman- is
our Financial Controller who's been with the firm since 1996. Her
ability to review and advise on financial reports not only ensures
Lighthouse Law Group runs smoothly but also helps our solicitors
advise clientson businesses they are looking to buy or sell.
Ivana Katic - our Paralegal with a very incisive mind. Ivana has the ability to communicate in Croatian with our clients.
Ruth Lo Surdo - our newest addition Ruth is an Administrative Assistant to the lawyers in the firm. She is able to communicate in Italian with our clients
